Another life has lost by dengue. A house wife died of dengue in Khulna on Monday night.
Yasin Ali’s wife Rahima Begum, 58, was a resident of Dakshin Sonabaria village under Kalaroa upazila of Satkhira. Kalaroa Upazila Health Complex Health Officer Dr. Quamrul Islam said Rahima was admitted to Satkhira CB Hospital after being diagnosed with dengue.Later, she was shifted to Gazi Medical College Hospital (GMCH) in Khulna following the deterioration of her condition.
However, she died at the hospital on Monday night.
Her husband Yasin was also suffering from dengue and received treatment at GMCH.
Already 482 dengue patients have so far been identified in the district.
